Our goal is to help you achieve and maintain optimal health. If you want to pursue a healthy lifestyle and are willing to take an active role in managing your health, diet, and exercise, then you would likely be an ideal candidate.

Not at all. Our patients have a full spectrum of health concerns ranging from routine to chronic.

You will be charged the monthly fee at the end of each month. Your checking account or credit/debit card will be billed $275.00 for services rendered during that month.

Of course. You are free to cancel your patient agreement at any time and for any reason. We require notice in writing, and upon receipt of your notice, we will close your billing account the following month. If you are dissatisfied with our program in any way, please tell us, so we may improve our systems. We genuinely want to provide every patient with the best possible service.

Yes. You are welcome to re-apply at any time. Please keep in mind, however, that we limit the number of patients in our practice. If our patient panel is full, you may be placed on a waiting list until space becomes available.

Yes. Each physician has a limited panel of patients. If you’d like to join Seattle Premier Health and our practice is full, you may be placed on a waiting list.

Absolutely. We want you to feel totally comfortable with your Seattle Premier Health physician. There are three doctors in our practice, and we encourage you to view their biographies. Afterward, schedule a meet-and-greet appointment with one or more of them to get acquainted in person. If you do not have a preference, we’ll be happy to choose a doctor for you.

Yes, you can — assuming the doctor you wish to see has availability on his or her patient panel. If not, you may be placed on a waiting list.

Certainly. Spouses, domestic partners, parents, children ages 18 and older and other family members are welcome to join Seattle Premier Health provided we have space. We will keep a separate medical record for each family member, and each may request his or her preferred physician. Depending on availability, we’ll make every effort to meet such requests. Please note this is an adult practice and we cannot accept patients younger than 18.

Yes. Your children (ages 18 or older) can join Seattle Premier Health even if you are not enrolled.

Absolutely not. Our fee is set at the beginning of the year and will remain at that level for all patients, regardless of how often they see our physicians. We can’t stress this enough: we strongly urge you to use our services whenever you need them, as we believe this is in the best interest of your long-term health.

No. There is no limit on the number of times you can come in, or on the length of visits. We’re here to help you achieve and maintain the best possible health and believe strongly that preventive care and dealing with potential problems as early as possible is essential.

No. We want you to use our services as often as you need them.
