Concierge Health Care Program

Unlike a traditional primary care doctor who bills each visit to an insurance company, our Concierge Health Care Program operates on a membership basis. Our fee provides for:

  • Virtually unlimited access to your Seattle Premier Health physician via phone, e-mail, and MyChart (a secure web portal to your electronic health record).

  • Same-day or next-day appointments.

  • Extended visits that allow ample time to address your concerns.

  • A full spectrum of primary care physician services, including:

  • Preventive care, including an annual physical exam to develop a diet, exercise, and lifestyle plan to keep you as healthy as possible

  • Urgent care for colds, flu, common illnesses, and minor injuries

  • Management of ongoing health conditions, including high blood pressure, high cholesterol, diabetes, heart disease and arthritis, among others

  • Minor in-office procedures, such as Pap smears, skin biopsies and laceration repair

  • Commonly prescribed vaccines

  • Assistance with specialized care, should you ever need it, including advice and advocacy to help you find the best specialists, as well as complete oversight of your care, ensuring you always have an expert helping you decide on the treatment plan that makes the most sense for you.

  • Hospital care coordination

The annual membership cost for our Concierge Health Care Program is $3,300 per person, processed via monthly payments of $275.00 from your checking account, credit, or debit card.

Preventive care

Seattle Premier Health provides thorough annual physical exams, health screenings, and evaluations of your current state of health in order to prevent problems before they arise and deal with emerging issues as quickly as possible. Our physicians will help you develop a tailored, easy-to-follow diet, exercise, and lifestyle plan to keep you on the road to good health.

Urgent care

If you have an urgent need – a minor injury, allergic reaction, or severe cold or flu – we’ll do everything possible to see you when it’s convenient for you – on the same or next day to ensure you receive the care you need when you need it.

After-hours care

A Seattle Premier Health physician with access to your complete electronic medical record is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Should an urgent need or emergency arise, please call our office to speak with the physician.

If our physician believes you need immediate attention, you will be directed to the nearest emergency room and our physician will discuss your care with your emergency room physician. If you do not require urgent attention, our physician will advise you over the phone and arrange for an in-person visit as soon as possible.

The physicians at Seattle Premier Health are skilled in the management of common chronic conditions, including high blood pressure, high cholesterol, diabetes, arthritis, asthma, heart disease, osteoporosis, and many others. We’re also adept at partnering with specialists in these areas and may refer you to one if we believe doing so will lead to an improved health outcome.  If you are already seeing a specialist whose care you trust and value, we strongly encourage you to continue, and we welcome the opportunity to coordinate care to best manage your health.

If you suffer from chronic pain, our physicians will advise you about treatment options, including exercise, physical therapy, alternative therapies, and non-narcotic pain medications. Please note that we will not prescribe or refill narcotics for chronic pain. If needed, we will refer you to a chronic pain medicine specialist.

Seattle Premier Health physicians can perform many common diagnostic and therapeutic procedures in the office, and these services are covered by your monthly fee. Please note that your insurance company will be billed for all healthcare supplies and services you receive outside of our office, even if we order them. Review of specimens by an outside pathologist, and medical supplies such as splints or crutches, for example, will be billed to your insurance.
Seattle Premier Health does not provide imaging services. If your physician recommends an X-ray, MRI, mammogram, or other imaging service, we will refer you to the imaging center of your choice. Your insurance company will be billed for your imaging services.

Lab specimens will be collected at Seattle Premier Health and processed by LabCorp. Your insurance company will be billed for all laboratory services performed.

Our physicians will write prescriptions for necessary medications to a pharmacy of your choice. Your monthly fee does not cover the cost of medications or medication co-pays.

Seattle Premier Health provides common vaccines, including:

  • Influenza (flu)
  • Pneumovax (pneumonia)
  • Prevnar (pneumonia)
  • Hepatitis A
  • Hepatitis B
  • Tetanus/diphtheria/pertussis (whooping cough)

If we are unable to provide a specific immunization required for international travel we will help you find a convenient travel medicine clinic with that capability.

If we believe you would benefit from specialty care, we will refer you to a highly qualified expert and make every effort to expedite your appointment. We will also forward the pertinent portion of your medical record and consult with the specialist. After your appointment, we will review his or her findings with you, help you understand your treatment options, and arrange for follow-up care. If you’d like a second opinion, we will arrange for that, as well.

If you need hospital care, your Seattle Premier Health physician will arrange for your admission to Swedish Medical Center, typically through an Emergency Department evaluation, and coordinate with your hospitalist (a hospital-based physician who attends to hospitalized patients). We will help you understand your tests or procedures, medications, and treatment options, and provide updates to your family, if you wish. We will also contact your hospitalist upon discharge, to help arrange follow-up care. If you choose to be admitted to a hospital other than Swedish, we will not be able to supervise your care—though we will still reach out to your hospitalist and communicate with your family as often as is helpful.
